This is an extremely limited armed forces site for civilians.
- Recruitment and Retirement
- Returning to Civilian Quarters
- Area under military detention
- Humanitarian Aid while under detention
- Red Cross and IHL
There are some areas that will slightly go outside of this context with an explanation of why civilians should not go past the point of requesting humanitarian aid and designating themselves as a civilian. In various contexts, civilians can fend off or fight an invasion, but in modern times, this is not recommended.
Most military officers will face penalties or prosecution before a military tribunal when engaged in hostilities in civilian quarters. The goal of this site is to explain the context of civilian perceptions of military in a respectful and non-confrontational manner; as well as helping civilians to achieve some coping mechanisms when under military detention.
Often times, the detention is through no fault of their own.
